Principal’s Message

I am delighted to welcome you to ECL-Sephali Pvt. ITI, a leading centre for Industrial Training Institute (ITI) education in this region. We began our journey in the year 2019 under the aegis of Gobindapur Sephali Samaj Seba Samity Trust, in an eco-friendly environment, with the motto of delivering quality education.

Education is essential for both men and women alike, as together they form the foundation of a healthy, educated, and progressive society. It is a vital tool for securing a bright future and plays a crucial role in the overall development and progress of the nation.

There is immense scope for the growth of this ITI by catalyzing the mainstreaming of alienated rural youth and providing them access to productive and decent employment through the skill development route. I strongly believe that through skill training, we can transform this ITI into a skill hub of Sikatia by offering de-novo skilling to freshers, up-skilling to ITI graduates, and re-skilling to existing workers, with special emphasis on women and disadvantaged sections of society.

As a new joiner, I feel highly honored to serve in the Fitter and Electrician trades of this esteemed institution. Discipline is one of the core values of our organization. ITI trainees can work in various specialized areas such as railways, automotive systems, diverse industrial sectors, design engineering, dynamic systems and control, power plant engineering, and even the software field.

The institute is supported by well-qualified and experienced faculty members who are deeply committed to excellence in teaching. A strong interactive relationship is maintained between students and staff, enabling students to develop a sound technical foundation. The faculty makes extraordinary efforts to motivate students by engaging them in real-world industrial problem-solving through projects, industrial visits, and in-plant training. The institution actively grooms trainees by nurturing them with inputs from both basic and specialized subjects.

I am personally satisfied to serve this institution along with my cooperative faculty members and remain committed to helping students become highly skilled trainees, well prepared for the future.
